"Physio Pilates Principles"courses being run in the North West. These courses are held in 6 week blocks to enable clients to progress their core stability & postural alignment / awareness. A minimum of 10 clients are needed for a course to be run - how about getting a group of friends from your yard together? I can undertake these sessions in peoples homes, local dance studios, village halls etc! Participants will be able to use the mechanical rider simulator during their sessions to exclusively experience, practice & make perfect your new Physio Pilates techniques.
